***SOLD***Sambourne Metis is a skewbald (red and white) filly foal by Sambourne Kratos out of Poppy born on 20 March 2024. She will make 16.2hh and will have a great career in showing or any sporting career.
Sambourne Aether is a colt foal by Sambourne Kratos out of Ipsilante (Rosie). A very dark bay with a tiny star just above his mid forehead. A very strong individual with plenty of bone and will be a quality horse capable of hunting and Show Hunter Showing. He will certainly make 16.2hh or possibly more and should possess a good athletic ability from his mother. He was born on 12 March 2024 and will have a CHAPS passport. No doubt, in time, Aether will be a good competition horse and could turn his hand to anything from eventing, dressage as well as other riding club activities. Aether will be available at weaning in September and a deposit will secure him until then. Delivery can also be provided.
Sambourne Ourea is a colt foal by Sambourne Kratos out of Delphine born on the 25th June 2023. This is the only colt that Delphine has had to Kratos and he will make a minimum of 16hh like his previous brothers and sisters. He will be a great asset to anyone and should be capable of any discipline you decide to put him to. He is a big strong sort, with a lovely white star and foot and should be a real eye catcher in the show ring. Ourea has a CHAPS passport. Ourea is with his full sister Sambourne Xanthe in the Midlands and we hope to hear how the family progresses over the next few years and will hopefully have lots of success.
Sambourne Bia was born on 24th April 2023 and is a bay almost bronze filly foal by Sambourne Kratos out of Fly (Wolf Whistle). She will make a minimum of 16hh and is registered with CHAPS. If she is anything like her mum she will be a talented horse as Fly was my best eventer and would jump anything put in front of her and is such a courageous and brave horse. She does have a white star on her forehead. This is Fly's second foal as has not been the most prolific of breeders so to get a foal from her is extremely limited. Bia is now with her new owners in Dorset along with her half sister Alectrona. We are really looking forward to hearing how these two progress in their education and career.
Sambourne Eurus is a skewbald colt foal but may turn piebald by Sambourne Kratos out of Sky Dancer. He is a lovely inquisitive foal and was born on 16th April 2023. He will make 16hh. He is very well made, extremely strong and robust and will make a great show hunter type of horse. Given his siblings Eurus will make a great riding club horse and eventer and has some serious talent. Eurus is now with his new owners in Kent and we look forward to seeing how he progresses.
Sambourne Boreas is a buckskin colt foal by Dunhill Desert Storm out of Millicano born 17th April 2023. He is a very substantial and strong foal. Beautiful looking with a white star and white nose along with one white sock. Totally stunning and will catch the eye of any showing judge. Boreas will make around 16.2hh and will be capable of any sporting discipline you choose to put him to. Boreas is now in his new home in the Midlands and we look forward to hearing updates on him and his progress.
Sambourne Split Decision was born on 26th March 2023 and is skewbald colt foal by Sambourne Kratos out of Sparkle. He is very evenly marked on both sides, and have a lovely head. Like all of Sparkle's foals he is super agile and got a lovely laid back temperament. He should exceed at any sporting career you decide to put him to. I anticipate he will make 16.2hh. Split Decision is now with his new owners in Kent and will look forward to hearing about his education and progress.
Petal (One Cool Pet) gave birth to Sambourne It's a Sign on 6th March 2023 he is a skewbald colt foal who sadly passed away for no apparent cause on Sunday 7th May. Needless to say we are devastated but hope that Petal will be in foal for 2024.
Sambourne Alectrona was born on Sunday 19th February 2023 a filly foal for Lissadell Romance and Sambourne Kratos. Alectrona will make 16.2hh and will have a CHAPS passport. She is very well put together has some excellent confirmation and has a white star and reminds me of a good old fashioned Hunter type of filly. She is a very dark bay at the moment but I feel she will go darker and turn black like her mother. She has a tiny white sock on her left hind leg and has a white hoof there - all the other hooves are black but she does have a few white hairs on her right fore leg but they are hardly noticeable unless you get close. Alectrona will make a really good competition horse and has the ability to do almost anything. Alectrona is down in Dorset with her new family and will be joined in due course by Bia. We hope this duo do really well and turn into the best competition horses ever!
